We are a family that is deeply rooted in the winemaking industry with over 70 years’ experience. The family´s third generation is now steering this dream that began in 1939 with Octavio Rufino Falasco and was then continued by his son, Aroldo Santos Falasco.
Today, Jorge Daniel Falasco still cherishes the family tradition of making and selling excellent wines by honoring the principles that gave birth to his grandfather’s dream: a project that would stay solid throughout time but preserving youth, dynamism, and a clever mind to adjust to market changes.
Familia Falasco holds 100% of Los Haroldos S.A. and Balbo S.A.´s share capital.

The winery is a family operation created by Juan Muñoz López, his wife Rosario, his sons Nicolas and Carlos, and his daughter Estela.
In 1952 Juan Muñoz López decided to leave his hometown Andalucia, in southern Spain, and he and his family emigrated to Mendoza, Argentina seeking new horizons.
Their shared passion for terroir and for growing high quality grapes, and the challenge of making fine wine from their own vineyards motivated them to create a winery in this tradition.
